About Me

Hello and welcome! My name is Leah Cordier. I a full-time student at the University of Tampa, where I major in advertising and public relations and minor in communications. I will be graduating from UT in May 2022 and I plan to further my studies here at the university in the professional communications master program.

I am originally from Atlanta, Georgia. I am a true southern girl at heart and if there is one thing I miss about back home it is the FOOD and having all four seasons.

I am a passionate person. I am involved in the Tampa community through my church and through other volunteer work. I have a passion for learning and helping others.

In addition, to being a full-time student I work numerous jobs both on and off-campus. My work experience is all of the place as, I dabbled in a bit of everything all the way from scooping ice cream at Baskin Robbins, customizing lattes at Starbucks, selling suits at Macy's, and being a nanny.

A fun fact about me is that I wanted to originally be a history major and become a historian but was deferred from my dreams as I realize that career choice doesn't make that much money. No worries, I plan on following those dreams once I retire!
